Does my phone support eSIM?
Most iPhones from XR (2018) onwards, Pixel 3 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20+ and the Z series support eSIM. The app runs a one-tap compatibility check, or see the full supported-devices list.
Will I keep my normal phone number?
Yes. Simline installs as a second SIM. Your main number stays for calls and texts; the Simline line carries data only. Switch your default data line in Settings whenever you want.
What happens when I run out of data?
You get warnings at 50% and 90% usage. When you hit zero, the line pauses — no auto-charges. Top up in two taps to keep going.
Can I get a refund if my plan doesn't work?
If the plan hasn't connected within 24 hours of activation, message support in-app and we'll refund within one business day. Once data has flowed, the plan is non-refundable.
Do I need to remove my normal SIM?
No. Modern phones can hold a physical SIM and several eSIMs at the same time. Leave your home SIM in place; Simline becomes an additional line.
